We are looking for an Associate in the field of real estate and transactions to join our team in Geneva. A wide range of mandates awaits you, often involving complex cases with local, Switzerland-wide or international points of contact. We offer you opportunities to take on responsibility rapidly and work independently.
Our Real Estate team is mainly involved in buying and selling individual, high-profile properties, real estate portfolios, development projects and real estate companies, as well as financing arrangements and other transactions in the real estate sector. We advise our clients on matters of tenancy and construction law relating to the acquisition of property by non-residents and the environment. Our clients include Swiss institutional investors, construction companies, international corporations and private individuals.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your degree course in law and have been admitted to the Swiss bar.
- You have a flair for real estate and the real estate industry.
- You have a strong interest in cross-border issues and in continuing "on-the-job" training.
- You have a good command of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages (German in particular) would also be an asset.
- You have good teamwork skills and are loyal.
- You have good social skills, are empathetic and enjoy dealing with demanding clients.
- You are a team player, have an enquiring mind, and are also keen to offer support to other teams when circumstances require.
